Groundwater Monitoring

As nearly half the county's water supply comes from groundwater, Valley Water actively monitors groundwater levels, groundwater quality, and land subsidence at hundreds of locations. Monitoring data helps support operational decisions, long-term water supply planning, and coordination with other agencies to ensure groundwater continues to be sustainable.
